What He Just Said Will Have Dodgers Fans BELIEVE Again...

What he just said will have Dodgers fans believe again, and what am I talking about? What is Brad Jay rapping about this time here? What can the Dodgers digest? Yeah big story of course tonight Snell on the mound, and he had a few things to say about it. What did he say about things first of all well look Blake Snell Looking for improvement against the Blue Jays, and you know his first outing back from the IL was not a good one So what did he say literally? About Going in there and try and make improvements, but we'll get to that second Hey, make sure you subscribe like getting towards that 8,000 number and 10,000 We're looking at double digits by the end of the season so help us achieve that goal. Let's get into it Okay, what did he say? What what is what Blake Snell had to say it's gonna make us all believe again Brad Jay Can you please explain this to us all? All right, here's what he said so his last outing was not that good so he says I was confident I knew what I wanted to do a Curveball will get better, so he's looking to improve on his curveball. Let's just get that out change up I was happy with so watch for Snell's changeup tonight. He's happy with that. He likes it the slider as well, so Change up in the slider still feels good about that, and he was happy the fastball command could get better So we're gonna need him to kind of paint the corners with this fastball command We'll see if that happens tonight with the second matchup against the Blue Jays, so it's just the thing I've got to work out, but overall first start back in motions. It was a good start well. I mean Was it four runs? I don't know if that's a really good start, but here's what Roberts has said He said he made pitches that he needed to make but unfortunately he got a little bit of bad luck in that baseball You're gonna get that right. It's gonna happen Definitely gonna happen he returned from the four months out of the four months remember He only came in still only came in and pitched twice, right? So he came in because left shoulder injury four months. He was out took the loss against Tampa Bay Which you got to take the win on that one training three runs in five hits over five He had three runs on that one four zero feet. That's what happened, and he's looking to improve on that look bottom line He's an ace and whether you you hate him, or you like Snell the dude is on the team And he's not going anywhere and to have him back. We're gonna need him to win a World Championship to win the World Series We're gonna need him to be solid so I like what he's saying I like how he explained all of his pitches what each of his pitch needed work Which pitch didn't need work which pitch he was happy with you've got to like that and like I said We need him to win like we need him to win the World Series like what he had to say Leaders show up in situations like that so Snell's ready to take the mound. He's ready. He's got the ball tonight and You can take the series win over a first place Toronto's Blue Jays team Just by doing that seriously tonight taking the win and with Snell on the mound you've got to feel pretty good about that He's liking the way. He was the first time so by all events You got to think that he is gonna be a lot better when it comes down to What happens tonight so looking for Snell to do something good Snell still on the mound And we'll look for him to rebound from that first up all right well the Dodgers just made a ruthless Move I mean if you're Ruiz. I mean it's ruthless for him Estrella is our Ruiz Has been optioned so Justin Dean is the guy who's stepping in so Justin Dean Has been tearing it up in the triple-a level and he just got called up making room for him on the 40-man roster This is out of yesterday. I talked about the story yesterday Dodgers designated Luke and Baker for assignment To make the room you got to get Justin Dean up there. What is Justin Dean done? Well first off Justin Dean comes from the Atlanta system. He was highly touted in the Atlanta system and Let him come Let it get away. What has he done? 270 at bat so far this year triple-a, and he's what is he batting? he's battling to something high twos right there 280 was not like that 25 stolen base a 796 OPS he has six home runs 31 RBI and get this Memo to outfielders for the Dodgers he plays all outfield position all three of them And he's been playing quite well, and he's fast as well So you got a guy that can play pretty much anywhere in the outfield doesn't matter right Center left He's batting good. Yes, will that transpire over in Major League Baseball from triple-a time will tell on that and you got to watch out if you're good for so at this point and Did not do well last night. You've got to be thinking this is could mean the end for you And look don't want to paint it any other way than that But you got a guy that can play any outfield position coming up with right in the Dodgers even so Is that gonna happen? Well, you got to think it's gonna happen. He's coming up. All right This is huge for the Dodgers a huge win for the Doyers yesterday That was a must look you're playing it You're playing a team that literally could be you could be forcing are playing these guys in a World Series Like baddies, they're the one of the best teams out there for sure and What the Dodgers need to do you're at home your favorite to win at home You've got to take both me and like what's now to win the series tonight by getting the win here tonight would be huge What else is huge? Look at that. Mookie is back. I said it. I said it What did how many long how long ago did I say five days ago? Predicted that Mookie would be back and Mookie is back. Look at it watch yesterday three RBI now He's almost to the 240 mark. What is he a 250 something hitter? So he's almost back to his normal spot He's been producing would love to see that even when Freddie doesn't hit he still manages to get two walks and gets on base You gotta like that Smith. He had an RBI Muncie two walks always you can trust monkey to get on base somehow some way And now just some flexed up going on there and Porto is what I want to get you to strike out over and he's now a batting average come down down to a 188 and you got just to be breathing down your neck coming up Pot heads right there with one hit so and Freeland to elect to be really doing anything 250 for him looking good right there liking what he's been putting on and then but you got to give it up for pitching to As well pitching yesterday solid first shot the 3,000 guys going at it. I Mean, when are you gonna see that again? Not very often. You got Mad Max You got Clayton going head-to-head Clayton gets the best of him With six innings pitch. He gave up seven hits loved out only one earned run and 4ks over that time that he's changing setting or his ERA to 314 Bondi came in gave up one hit shut it down with a strikeout as well I think the various came in I gave up one hit there. He had to strike out love to see that He's left and he's been in Casper's been pitching a lot lately. So The fact that I brought him in for over in any work was surprising and then trying in one hit the DRA now at Huge for the Dodgers Ruthless move coming in Dean's gonna be coming in that's gonna be changing things up You got a thing for the rest of the players and if you're if you're a Dodger outfielder Mainly if you're good for two at this point You got to know if Dean gets in and gets the cover for you and all of a sudden he starts producing that could be trouble or So and a lot of people I I see the mixed reactions I see More heavier on people against in Porto and sending him down more people on that camp than actually are supporting So we'll see what the move is on that. But Justin Dean coming up to the Dodgers They're making room for him and the Dodgers will have Snell on the mound. He's an ace man You gotta you gotta love a man hate him or like him. He's a Dodger We're gonna need him to win so look for him to have a good That's gonna do it subscribe and like I'm Brad Jade This is Dodger digest as you go through the day always remember think Dodger blue and let's go Dodgers
