Good Night New York full episode: July 23, 2026

From FOX 5, it's time for a good night, New York. All right, what's up here. I'm Ryan Christopher. And I am Crystal young welcome to good night, New York. Okay, so Ryan we know, but they have a baby on the way I do we all know, yes, yeah, I feel that you may be looking for new jobs, I am what I have enough job. I did good day, New York the new good night, what more do you want from me to maybe a little something at the U.S. Open. Yeah, I guess we do that because earlier today I was well see us was caught a ball playing. What we said you're part of the ball crew. So we're part of the ball. Crew only in your dreams, but this is some of the action here today they have me running like full-on sprints like a basketball workout for the training, but they flee the hook this up with the cool done right. What now what are you doing you just I don't know how quick I just want to play with the balls and they keep making me run around, but essentially they've already had the tryouts of this is the training phase. Okay, so they put you through the ringer really and you're doing all these different workouts, it's all about getting those kind of grounding a feel a ground ball and baseball right we have to scoop it up and then they grade you on how you roll it back it has to be based on the the speed. The smoothness of the ball, they don't want the ball to bounce at all you can see right here right has to really just roll super smooth. So it was such a cool experience or just outside Arthur Ashe Stadium. So unfortunately, all the spots are taken up this year, but it's some fun and now you can sort of appreciate it a little bit more next time you watch the U.S. Open which is coming August 21st is the big kickoff the lumineers yeah, 23rd fan week you got Roger Federer playing Tuesday night and then all the tennis fun. I like how wound up you are and you look great in that outfit. Thank you, I love the yellow sneakers and the blue and the whole not like a little visor to you know 100% and you know what though it looks like one of those things that seems so easy, but I bet you work up a sweat like with the run in and we can roll it smoothly and I I was out of breath after like 60 seconds. We not do this live on TV anymore, but it was a lot of fun and just hard to believe that the U.S. Open is already here they have new food vendors this year right back yard in Queens. Yeah, so stay tuned for that a little bit later next. But speaking of other things that we love our first guest tonight right, she just completed her 19 season of the show criminal minds now it's rebranded as criminal minds. He V evolution. Okay, got. He needs to sacrifice Holly in front of what what Crowley's constant game playing and taunting of avoid and us his sudden shifts between his own victimology and his obsession with the curious it all is starting to reveal a man at psychological war with the 2 sides of himself. One side represented by the symbolism of those typewriter fonts the other expressed by his mastery of modern technology, one side, the man he thinks he is the other the God, he hopes to be and that conflict truly makes him feel pathetic. But there is one thing that could calm those waters and it would be once and for all. So one of the stars of the series who plays doctor Tara Lewis joins us with a new flavor from her spirits company loss of fee we are welcoming back to good night, New York. I should say. Yeah, so you try the margarita last time. Thank you we we just watch a new flavor. One of the reasons we started the mojito is because people love a mojito but people don't like to make a mojito here's how you make this mojito. It's made. I look at glasses ready. I prepared earlier. So this is a loss of fees. Organic mojito, no artificial colors and flavors, no dyes she's a move. Refresh all yeah, it's like this is a real summertime sipper if you're going to a concert in the past if you're hanging by the pool, yeah or if you're just like me and you plopped on the couch because you had it. Haha yeah, but you're hustling when you're on set so it's a long day and you just want one great thing and you don't want to kind of muddle. I like I this is this is a world piece but it will give you some peace. You know, I love about it though it tastes so authentic like a lot of times things that are pre made have a kind of fake aftertaste there is nothing in here but organic rum, organic milk or that we make with that same organic rum, okay, and it meant nothing looks like trying to climb and nothing else organic lime organic milk or organic from no preservatives, no artificial colors, artificial flavors, no dyes so that's what you're tasting is just high quality spirits in there. We need more companies like last week. We yeah, you know, it's it's interesting because like if this is something that I do it's a side hustle, you know, I'm lucky to be on a TV show but I like putting a smile on people's faces. This doesn't. Everybody out there who wants to start their own business hopefully can be an inspiration to really like chase your dreams and be relentless because everyone's like this is never going to work already to drink cocktails taste horrible as I can I do something that tastes really great out of the organic which I did a lot of day drinking you guys. Yeah, you know, I'm just saying greatness requires sacrifice. Take one for the. This goes down almost and isn't she cute, she's very cute. Green she's known and she's clear she's can take this is a warning though if you do follow a show on instagram and her loss of the commercials pop up just know you might think that you're watching. This campaign like essentially called thirsty. So we just post their straps and the end of the thirst trap we go if you're thirsty you should try some last. Yeah, just turn the volume down. Thank you for this because a lot of cute boys on. What I do when the show. Yeah, we've got this is your 10th year on the show, yes, how has your relationship with the cast of all the time your relationship to the show this has been such a great experience for me I think I've been really lucky to have some pretty you know special jobs and go to some pretty special shows we've been together for a decade now it really is family and the hours are long and sometimes you're there for 14 hours a day you sit spend more time with them that you spend with your own family. It's just it feels like home and I was only supposed to do 6 episodes of criminal. Pitch it for AJ while she was away on maternity and then you have to just enjoy me on my second day, it's like you've been here forever and I was excited. But it really it's great and I directed 6 episodes at this point of the show and really been there for people's you know like new babies, you know life transitions. It really is a family and hopefully that comes through in some of the work that we do on camera that you know that we're really close. Yeah, I wish you also you know you need that emotional support when you're dealing with severed body parts. Yeah, absolutely yes, and you need that liquid support.
