配方 Ingredients:

Instant dry yeast 5 g (1/2 tbsp)

Room temperature water 330 ml
中筋或通用面粉500克 （3.6 杯）
Plain or all-purpose flour 500 g (3.6 cup)
盐3克 ( 1/2茶匙)
Salt 3 g (1/2 tsp)
葱70克
Green onion 70 g
一撮苏打粉
A pinch of baking soda
植物油
