AI GeneratedThis video captures the highlights and player performances from a professional golf tournament in Munich, Germany. It features impressive shots, leaderboard movements, and an interview with YouTuber Brad Dahlke, who discusses his surprising success and the unique pressure of representing the YouTube golf community in a competitive setting.
They really take into account the spectators, they really make a fine effort.
It's just a brilliant event and I'm saying Andrew Kelly the greenkeeper and you see how smooth that
round. Brilliant job him and his team do getting the course in this shape. Early start this morning
Jay getting there to the long path for his first opening hole I assume. And this was the conversion
or hopefully the conversion for Brad Dahlke the YouTuber. Short path for fifth mark. Yeah lovely
right to left in the middle perfect pace. 27 made cuts in a row to here this week. I think this would
be number 28. He's got one hole left to play and a beautiful third to follow. Looking for
another birdie to finish. See that was softer. That was a softer go. I would say also Anthony
for all of these players that hit it that far I would go out in the range and learn to
hit soft fades with my wedges. And it's a fabulous putt and a fabulous birdie. A superb performance
from Dahlke. Belted it left and left himself a beauty. Marron trying to hook one in natural shape.
Pin up the left side. Oh another one. A bogey von Dellingshausen. Par for him. This
would add up to a two for Marronk though should it go in. Which it does there at 17. He's trending
north on the leaderboard. Still not quite on form he said to me on Tuesday. He's still not
overly happy with his game. He's just tailed off a little bit but that one should have gone in
and very nearly did. Spun back quite a long way this. It looked closer. Oh doesn't matter though.
Credit shot finds the birdie and that's a nice move. Hugo Townsend at the 15th. Six under at the
moment and oh it's a beauty. Very shortly I would imagine to be seven under. Oh look at this for a
Don't go long. Steady. Steady. Brilliant. Oh what a bunker shot that is. That is 10 out of 10. In fact
11 out of 10. Fabulous. Good bit of math from Jay Townsend. Now down the slope.
Left to right. A quick one on the other side of the golf course.
Beautiful. Got a 17 just on the fringe. Saw the tee shot to here for Michael Hollick. Probably a nice
leave I would have thought. Yeah a little little subtle right to left. That's a beautiful two.
Seven birdies and there you go. The best of the three. Tricky putt this. Gonna break hard from
the left. Breaks early. Got it. Well done. Excellent. Trying to settle the score.
Hoping that history won't repeat for him to Kohler. Oh is there one more in the tank?
Here's the amateur Kohler. What a fantastic performance. Seven under par through two days.
Lovely view from behind. Flagging pretty straight. He's got every chance.
Jaden Schaefer. What a move. He's due a chip in or a long putt on every round we watch.
For the outright lead here on 18. An eagle putt awaits Michael Hollick.
Good try and a well played hole and a really good 36 holes of golf. Made a good run at the
Australian Open if I remember earlier on this year. So he's got some game. Banging line. I'm
gonna say he looks like he likes it Wayne. Oh he does. Is that the closest of the day? I think it
might be. Eagle putt here from the back fringe as this dies around the hole. Wants to fall left to
right. Excuse me I meant right to left. Absolutely perfect as did he. What an eagle. That is a big
boost. Over to Jarvis for eagle. Can he pick up two here at the night? Still has nine
to come. Teed off on one. There you go. That is a big move. From the outside looking in now.
Come back to Marco in a few moments time. Sam Berstow. He's off to the Open due to
final qualifying at West Lanx earlier in the week.
Will he continue in that good form here in Germany this week? Had to get to four under par. I think I
can remember many golf courses I ever played with more double breaking putts than you get on these
greens. Big break on this one. He's holed another you know. He has and this could be the comeback of
the day. Von Dellingshausen. Five under for the day von Dellingshausen. His second shot at the
14th hole. Third shot excuse me at the 14th hole. I was going to say that was a huge drive that
14th. That was his second. And use that backstop. Oh this is fabulous. What a shot. Well when he's
showing Patrick Reid the way there. Stefano Mazzoli who played well in Barcelona a couple of
months ago. This for eagle at 18. Starting on 10. So that's his ninth hole. Two eagles on his front nine.
What a move that is for Mazzoli. Very much. If you don't believe you're going to hold it you
probably won't. Back across the 10. Berstow from down there. Oh what a shot that is.
Pace dependent. Feeding left to right. Has he got the pace? The line was right and so was the pace.
There's no chance of his ball bobbling off the face. It's hit too sweetly.
120 playing with the wind. 110. Can he capitalize on a 360 RT shot? Yes he can. A very impressive golf.
The putts beautifully. You can hear it. There is a sound to a properly hit putt.
This boy's right up there. Bobbled. Did it affect it? No. Pours it in. Jayden Shaper there at 16.
The lip just precludes him from trying to knock it on the green. Even with his strength.
Just not a good play. Yeah it's the perfect play isn't it? Just get it up that left side. Looks
like he's having a... You're not going to believe this. He's going right at it. He's having a go with it.
Are you kidding me? That's unbelievable. That's the shot of the day. That is the shot of the day. Jay Townsend.
This is just about execution now.
Brad that's a fabulous two days of golf I'm gonna say here in Munich. But first talk about today's
round. Yeah it was another another great day of putting for me. The putting's really kept me in
there. Had about four or five holes through these first two days where you know kind of had a chance
to maybe lose a lot of momentum and my putter was able to keep me in it and really keep kind
of good rounds going. And haven't struck it fantastic per se but hit it good enough and
made a lot of putts. And it's been obviously you know I didn't really have a goal coming into this
week. It's you know I just want to have some fun and enjoy it and obviously you know shooting 66
is a pretty fun so that helps the cause. You don't play a lot of competitive golf. We've seen you on
Good Good on YouTube a lot. Have you been surprised how well you've adapted this week to competitive
golf? Yeah it has been surprising. This is my this is my third event in three years. The first
two were in the last couple months just trying to kind of get ready for this event and so many
tour events. So yesterday that first tee shot I was shaking like a leaf. And then coming down the
last few holes too I mean it's nervy knowing you know I try not to look at the leaderboards but
it's hard not to miss them out there. And I see my name up there for the first time and
and it's very nervy. But I also love these moments. I love playing in front of big crowds and big
opportunities so you know it's it's been fun. You mentioned the nerves there. Can I ask you
do you feel any pressure at all almost like you're representing YouTube golf this week? You've
probably been asked that before but you're playing so so well and it's not usual that someone from
YouTube does so well in competitive tournaments on any tour. Yeah Ryan Ruffles played in the Myrtle
Beach PGA Tour event a couple months ago and he said it really well. It's like a it's a weird
mixture of there's no stress because I'm not out here fighting for points and I'm not grinding
every week and on you know the season but also I do kind of representing golf or representing
YouTube golf in a way and yeah just trying to trying to you know there's a lot of YouTube
fans and a lot of people love YouTube and they love watching me and they they vouch for me so
I'm trying to prove for them as well. You've got a lot of fans out here Brad. Yeah. Fabulous two
days of golf. Good luck on the weekend. Thank you. Appreciate it.
