True healing requires moving beyond fear-based conditioning and pharmaceutical symptom management to reconnect with one's soul's intention and pursue a life of joy and authenticity.
What did you learn about healing illnesses that you can share with us?
Okay, that's a great question. And it's one that deserves a longish answer. So first of all,
the answer is going to be provocative, controversial, but I will share it anyway.
The things that you have been ingrained to believe about illnesses, and the things that we are
literally, I guess it's, what's a better word than ingrained? Condition. You have been conditioned to
believe a certain way about our bodies. Those things that you have been conditioned are not
true. So if you imagine this, when you believe something to be a certain way,
you then, and then something goes wrong, but you believe it to be a certain thing,
you then use the solutions pertaining to what you believe it is. But what if the thing is not even
what you believe it is? So even the solutions you are using are completely wrong solutions
that may benefit to a degree, but they don't work in the long run. And I hope what I'm saying
making sense. And I want to give you something tangible so you can understand what I'm saying,
but let me jump in and apply it to our health. Our wellbeing, our health, when you notice a
physical symptom, certain things, sure, if you are in an accident, an emergency, and you break bones,
those are very physical. You go to the doctor, you go to the hospital, you go to the emergency room,
you get treated. Emergency rooms are great. They save lives. If you're under cardiac arrest,
that's great. You go to the emergency room and they save lives. But things like even cardiac
arrest, what leads up to it? There's a lot of stuff behind the scenes in your own body,
in your own soul, in your own psyche. Things like cancers, they are not physical illnesses.
They start at a very high energetic level. And the core reason for many of our illnesses,
the core reason, and I'm not talking about age-related where you have lived a full life
and you're 85, you're 90 or 95 years old, and you've done everything and you're tired and
you're ready to go. That's fine. I'm talking about illnesses of people slowly deteriorating,
whether they're in their 40s or their 50s or even 60s, but they're not ready to go,
but they're suffering from cancers and so on. The biggest reason that our body manifests illnesses,
they are a wake-up call. And the biggest reason for the wake-up call is because your soul is not
fulfilling the intention for which it came here. That is the biggest reason. Why would your soul
not fulfill the intention for why it came here? Because mainly fear, fear of disapproval,
fear of not being enough, fear of not meeting the expectations of society, fear of losing,
fear of scarcity, basically, not having enough money, taking a job you hate. And we are filled
with fear-based messages. We are conditioned with fear-based messages. So it's no wonder we are
filled with fear. So in order to reverse a disease, we have to, we can use pharmaceuticals
or medicine to buy us time, to help us with the symptoms, but you are not healing with those
things. In order to truly heal a disease, you have to tap into your soul. You really have to tap into
your soul and find out what was your soul's intention. Why did it choose to come here?
What was it that it wanted to fulfill? And these are journeys that I take people on. I do meditation
journeys, and I take people on these journeys, and we need to do them several times. And I do
these at my retreats. You know, we go into deep journeys, and you want to go immersive if you're
And the idea is to get you back on track and to do what your soul wants you to do. And I'm not
saying you have to come on one of my journeys. You can do this for yourself. Once you know that,
okay, the reason I'm having this illness is because I'm not following my purpose or my path
or the reason why my soul came here. Now, here are a couple of things that I want to tell you
that can get in the way and that can derail you. One is when I was going through my illness,
I had people telling me it's my karma. And so I had to do good work to erase my karma,
to reverse my karma. It's not your karma. You're not suffering because you've been a bad person.
Absolutely not. And it was in those messages, in those fear-based religious messages,
those messages that actually made me weaker and made me worse, because the kinds of messages
I needed to hear were more like, you need to do what brings you joy. You need to get out there
and be happy and stop listening to other people. Whereas being told that this is your karma and you
need to be better, you need to do more good, made me even more of a people pleaser and more of a
doormat. When being a people pleaser and a doormat was the reason I lost myself and I lost my soul
and I got sick in the first place, I actually needed the opposite message. So basically,
my message to you is that any message, any teaching, anything from a medical doctor,
anything from a religious leader, anything from a politician, anything from a finance guru,
that makes you feel fearful, fearful of your health, fearful of crossing over, fearful of
your religion, fearful of anything, of your finances, any fearful message is not based in
truth. The fear is telling you that it's not resonating with your soul's path. That message
may resonate with someone else. It may uplift someone else. But if it's triggering fear in you,
that is your sign that it's not for you. It's not your soul's calling.
But when a message, whether it's from a health care giver, healer, practitioner, doctor,
nurse, when it triggers joy in you, hopefulness in you, yes, I've got this, I can beat this.
When it's a message from a religious leader that's saying, yes, of course, this brings me joy,
it brings me community, it makes me connect with people, it makes me feel connected with
the other side, it doesn't make me fear the other side. When it's messages from politicians or even
finance gurus that's telling you, yes, abundance is there for you, you just need to feel into the
thing and follow your passion and your calling and blah, blah, whatever the message, it's the
feeling that it triggers. If it's triggering you joy and passion and giving you this forward
movement and this feeling of energy expansion, that is your soul talking to you and saying, yes,
this is what I want to spend my life doing, this is worth investing my time and this will bring me
well-being. When you're feeling the opposite, when you're feeling small, when you're feeling you need
other people's approval, when you're feeling fear, when you're feeling confused and lost,
this is your soul's way of saying, no, this is not the direction, this is not what I came here to do,
I'm more than that, I'm powerful, I'm big. And if you follow that, that is your path to healing.
And if somebody follows that, they may still choose not to come back, but then it becomes
your choice when you're on that precipice. You might be like, oh, I can do more from this side,
just remember if somebody chooses to do that, if one of your loved ones has chosen to cross over,
they've done it from a place of love. It's not because they don't love you enough that they
didn't choose to come back, but it's because they love you so much that they figured they
could do more from the other side for you and all their loved ones.
