温牛奶130毫升或温水120毫升
Warm milk 130 ml or warm water 120 ml
苏打0.5克( 1/8 茶匙)
Baking soda 0.5 g (1/8 tsp)
桂皮粉0.8克（1/8茶匙）
Cinnamon powder 0.8 g (1/8 tsp)
面粉250克 （2 杯）
All-purpose flour 250 g (2 cups)
盐3克 ( 1/2茶匙)
Salt 3 g (1/2 tsp)
植物油15毫升(1 汤匙)
Vegetable oil 15 ml (1 tbsp)
