Casa Luna is a compact house in Curitiba, Brazil, surrounded by the Atlantic Forest, araucaria trees, and dense vegetation.

Instead of disappearing into the landscape, the house creates a controlled contrast: a pure white upper volume appears almost suspended above a wooden ground floor, reflecting light like a small domestic satellite among the trees.

The ground floor holds the social spaces and connects the house to the garden, leisure areas, and everyday life. Above, the private floor protects the bedrooms and a more intimate living room. At the top, the attic becomes both a technical level and a contemplative terrace, allowing the house to observe the landscape from above.

With a restrained palette of white, wood, granite, gray flooring, simple forms, and precise openings, Casa Luna is not about spectacle. It is about presence: a quiet house that stands out from the forest without trying to dominate it.
