For a 16-18 cm ROUND cake, use a quarter of the amount of ingredients as in the recipe!

INGREDIENTS for a 38 x 24 cm rectangular pan:
16 medium eggs (1 egg without shell weighs approximately 50 g, at room temperature, separate the yolks and whites)
a small pinch of salt
16 g vanilla sugar
40 g cornstarch
560 g sugar
480 g flour

Bake in a preheated oven at 175 degrees Celsius (350° F) on the top-bottom setting without convection on the middle rack for approximately 60 minutes.
For the sponge cake soak, add 400 ml boiling water and 1.5 - 2 tbsp. Condensed milk

INGREDIENTS for the fruit filling:
750 g mango + 200 ml passionfruit-flavored multivitamin juice, bring to a boil.
40 g cornstarch
150 g sugar
and another 300 ml passionfruit-flavored multivitamin juice.

INGREDIENTS for the cream:
600 ml chilled cream with at least 30% fat content
32 g cream thickener
150 g icing sugar
24 g vanilla sugar
500 g mascarpone cheese
500 g cream cheese
30 g cocoa

INGREDIENTS for the frosting and topping:
400 g softened butter
400 g condensed milk
