This recipe has been a lifesaver for our family in the summer for years, when we want to make something quick, easy, and truly homemade. You can use any fruit: apricots, peaches, plums, apples, pears, berries—it'll taste different every time!

You'll need:
4 eggs (each egg weighs approximately 55 grams)
200 grams of sugar
140 grams of flour
5-6 nectarines
vanilla, salt
Bake the pie in a 24 cm pan at 180 degrees Celsius for 30-35 minutes. This pie can also be baked in a 26 cm pan.
