Shaggy Bumblebee Cake is the perfect summer dessert! This recipe has been passed down in our family since the '80s. ❤️ It's time-tested and always delicious! No complicated ingredients or long preparation times—it's simple, quick, and homemade. Minimal prep time, the cake is delicious, and it's so easy to make that even a beginner can handle it.
Airy layers, delicate cream, and that same taste many remember from childhood. These are the same cakes mothers and grandmothers used to make for holidays and family tea parties.

You'll need:
6 eggs
150 g sugar
a pinch of salt
vanillin
120 g honey
150 g butter or margarine
1 tsp baking soda
1 tbsp vinegar or lemon juice
50 ml milk + 40 ml for the chocolate cake
1 tbsp cocoa (15 g)
300 g flour
Cream: 500 g heavy cream (33% fat) or sour cream + 390 g boiled condensed milk.
If you want to replace the boiled condensed milk with regular condensed milk, add one teaspoon of cocoa to the cream.
