Ingredients:
For the crispy chickpeas:

1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp sweet paprika powder
1/2 tsp smoked paprika powder
1/2 tsp garlic powder
Salt and black pepper

For the salad:
1 salad cucumber, approx. 350 g (12.3 oz)
300 g cherry tomatoes (10.6 oz)
2 small bell peppers, red and yellow, approx. 300 g (10.6 oz)
1 red onion (approx. 3.5 oz)
100 g black olives (3.5 oz)
70 g arugula (2.5 oz)
200 g vegan feta alternative (7.1 oz)
15 g fresh parsley (0.5 oz)
1 tbsp olive oil

For the lemon dressing:
4 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp mustard
1 tsp maple syrup
1 clove of garlic
1 tsp dried oregano
Salt and black pepper
