Ingredients:
✔ 1 tablespoon sugar
✔ 1 teaspoon salt 🧂
✔ 300ml water 💦
✔ 490g all-purpose flour 🌾
✔ 60ml oil
✔ 60ml butter 🧈

Filling:
✔ 2 cups spinach
✔ 5 fresh mint leaves, chopped 🌿
✔ 150g feta cheese
✔ 1 cup mozzarella cheese

Instructions:
✔ Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for 20–25 minutes 🔥
