Using this sponge cake, we'll make the famous "Drunken Cherry" cake—with juicy cherries, delicate cream, and a rich chocolate flavor!
You'll need:
For a 26 cm diameter cake:
6 eggs
200 g sugar
salt
100 ml water
200 g flour
30 g cocoa
vanillin
1 tbsp baking powder
1.5 cans condensed milk
300 g butter
vanillin
400 g cherries
1 tbsp sugar
80 ml vodka
0.5 can condensed milk + 2 tbsp cocoa + 20 g butter
50 g each of white and dark chocolate (optional)
