🌟 Recipe & Ingredients (so easy!)
✔ 480g flour 🌾
✔ 1 teaspoon salt 🧂
✔ 1 tablespoon yeast
✔ 1 tablespoon sugar
✔ 300ml lukewarm water 💦
✔ 40ml olive oil 🫒
Topping:
✔ 50g melted butter 🧈
✔ ¼ cup chopped parsley 🌿
✔ 1 garlic clove 🧄
✔ 1 teaspoon oregano 🌿
✔ 1 cup mozzarella cheese
✔ Green and black olives 🫒
Method:
✔ Mix the flour and salt together
✔ Add the yeast, sugar, and warm water and mix the ingredients
✔ Add the olive oil and knead until a soft dough forms
✔ Cover the dough and let it rise for 1 hour ⏱️
✔ Flatten the dough and let it rest for 10 minutes
✔ Add the butter, parsley, garlic, and oregano mixture, then top with cheese and olives
✔ Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for 12–15 minutes or until fully baked 🔥
