Every month I'd struggle with cramps, back pain, fatigue leading up to my period and think it was all normal. Worst of all, I used to just drink anything I wanted *cough* iced drinks *cough* all throughout my cycle, without realizing it was actually be making my pms symptoms, way worse. That was until I started learning about the healing powers of warming drinks and really tuning into my body, learning from my tcm doctor and drinking the right ingredients to actually nourish and nurture it from within. 

So these are 4 different types of tea recipes you can make in each week of your cycle 🍵 Note that these drinks aren't "rules" but more a guide to intuitive drinking, and learning how to be in touch with our own cycles and bodies so that you know which ingredients can work with you at any time of the day and week.
