Period tips I wish I knew in my 20s | daily habits, foods, drinks & exercise

For most of my life I had irregular periods, PCOS, cramps, back pain, and everything else that comes along with the territory of a terrible menstrual experience. But period cramps & pains aren't normal. They're a signal our bodies are sending us that it needs more of something, or that maybe we should be having less of something–confusing right?! So I put together all the things I've learned recently, from a Western & TCM perspective so that we can have more of a holistic understanding. At the end, you'll see that they're not so different after all, and it's really about feeding our bodies what it needs and nourishing it with TLC in simple ways, everyday 😌
