I Shipped Bugs to Production and Said

I made two mistakes at work in the same day — and the way I handled them was completely different. One I got wrong. One I got right. And the difference came down to one thing: knowing when to say nothing.

In this video I walk through what actually happened — jumping ahead on tickets, shipping bugs to production in front of my mentor, and sitting in that silence while everything in me wanted to either defend myself or over-apologise. I break down why both of those reactions make things worse, and share the simple framework I used to get through it with my professional relationship intact.

This isn't theory. This is what happened last week, and what I'm still building.
