Shelter Me: Meet Versace from Brandywine Valley SPCA

In today's Shelter Me, we meet a dog who has style and a great name. This is Versace, and her loving spirit may just steal your heart. Here's Cecily Tynan with her story. For this week's Shelter Me, Sarah Smith is here from the Brandywine SBCA. Thank you. And this girl, oh my gosh, Versace. She's high class. Yeah, she is a classy girl. She is so sweet. In like four months? Oh my gosh. Yeah, you know, yes, she's about four months old, and she came with her siblings. So there was five or six of them, and it's just her and one left. Okay. So we know that the right family's out there for them, and the sweetest dog. She is, like her disposition, she is so sweet. She has big paws too, so you think some kind of shepherd mix? Yeah, I mean, they think, you know, some sort of shepherd-y, hound-y. Yeah, I can see the hound in the ears. But she's so beautiful, you just never can tell. She is so chill. So what would be your ideal family for Versace? I gotta tell you, I mean, I drove here with her in the car, she was silent, she was amazing. She did not get car sick, so she is gonna be the best co-pilot for whatever adventures you want to have with her. I think she'll be an easily trainable puppy, and she's been getting along with everyone that she's met here at the station and all around, so, you know, another dog, a second dog to your house, or a first dog to your house, I think she'd be a great fit for any family. She seems like the perfect dog. She really does. All right, and you got a great name, Versace, yes, you're so chic, yes, you are, thank you! She's affectionate. Adopt me! Come on! We'll find you a home. Oh, so beautiful, and so calm for a puppy. Really, really cute, even as Cecily was doing like the, like, she's giving it a little voice. Yeah, so cute. If you would like to adopt Versace or see any of the other dogs we've featured, head to 6abc.com slash shelter me. And we always love it when we have a good update, and we do have one today. This is Sunshine. She was featured last week from ACCT Philly, and she's been adopted. Here she is with her new owner. Okay, they're really cute. And Oreo from Lucky Dog Animal Rescue was also adopted. You can see the whole family getting comfy on the couch. Doesn't that make you so happy? Cecily is a good luck charm. If you're in the video with Cecily, you're getting adopted. Take care.
