Andy Cohen and Anderson Cooper return to Philly with new, unscripted live show

Andy Cohen and Anderson Cooper are back on tour with a brand new unscripted live show, and they are bringing it to Philly in a few weeks. I had a chance to chat with Cohen as they get ready to take the stage once again at our Academy of Music. Don't call it a show. You probably should have told them that before they bought tickets. It's been 10 years since Andy Cohen and Anderson Cooper brought their two-man tour, lovingly called AC Squared, to the Academy of Music. I'm so excited to come to Philadelphia I can't wait We love Philly The people are great And I mean, y'all are wild Right? Yes, yes Lot of energy Lot of opinions And never afraid to show it The late night talk show host and the journalist are longtime friends He's reality and I'm escape from reality They interview each other during this show And then it gets interactive. There's three people on stage, the two of us and the audience. I mean, Philadelphians, y'all are part of it. Absolutely. And we do open it up for questions at the end. And we always expect big things from Philadelphia and we always get big things. If they feel like friends in your head, get ready to feel the love in real life. I feel like this is an energy match. sometimes the universe just gives you this person where you just knew it was meant to be it's so true i mean he and i were set up on a blind date over 30 years ago we didn't make it past the first phone call but we you know wound up becoming great friends and you see our vibe our vibe is exactly as it is on new year's eve you know this show it's a little like new year's on stage and we tell the stories that we could never get away with telling on television we want the uncensored that's what you're gonna get i mean i have to say we in san francisco and this is the theater told us this had never happened in the history of this theater that's been there forever they ran out of vodka the night that we came so our audience is there to have fun and laugh and hang out and it's just a couple hours of a saturday night to you know just geeky with us and have fun so they said they're going to make sure that there's enough vodka at the academy of music if they have to bring it all themselves yes we can't sell out like they did in San Francisco because people want their cosmos they want to come hang with their friends Andy Cohen and Anderson Cooper at the Academy of Music for one night only November 14th we have details at 6abc.com.
