Fragrant homemade cinnamon rolls with apricot jam – soft, airy and incredibly delicious 🥰

Recipe:
500-550 g wheat flour (4 cups).
2 tablespoons of sugar.
20 g fresh yeast (1 oz).
250 ml warm milk (1 glass)
70 g butter (2 1/2 oz).
1 egg.
5-6 g salt (1/2 teaspoon).
For the filling:
100 g sugar (½ cup)
2 teaspoons cinnamon
100 g butter (approx. ½ cup)
70 g apricot jam (¼ cup)
Bake at 180 °C (350 °F) for 25–30 minutes
