Recipe and Ingredients:
600 ml warm water.
1 tablespoon sugar. 7 grams of dry yeast.
Stir well until the yeast dissolves.

Sift 950-1000 grams of wheat flour.
Add the flour in 2 steps.
Mix thoroughly to avoid any white lumps.
