Sauce:
Water 250 ml
Chili pepper to taste
Ketchup 2 tablespoons
Garlic 2 cloves
Finely grate
Ground ginger 1/2 teaspoon
Salt 1/2 teaspoon
Honey 1 teaspoon
Lemon juice 1 teaspoon
Mix well.
Simmer for 10 minutes.
Cornstarch 1 tablespoon
Water 2 tablespoons
Mix well.
After 10 minutes, add this mixture to the sauce, stirring constantly.
Simmer for 2 minutes until thickened.
The sauce is ready.
Pour the frying oil into the pan.
Heat the oil. When numerous bubbles form around a wooden skewer, the oil is ready.
Drop 1 tablespoon of batter into the hot oil.
Fry over medium heat until golden brown.
Repeat the process.
Place the finished balls on paper towels to remove excess oil.
