📋 INGREDIENTS:
For the Mushrooms:
125 g organic Bella Gomba mushrooms
3 tbsp vegetable oil
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
1 tbsp tomato paste
1 tsp mustard
1 tsp maple syrup or agave nectar
1 tsp smoked paprika
1/2 tsp sweet paprika
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
Black pepper
Salt to taste
For the Cream-Free Dark Sauce:
1 small onion
2 cloves garlic
1 tbsp vegetable oil
1 tbsp tomato paste
1 tsp mustard
1 tsp soy sauce
200 ml vegetable broth (3/4 cup + 1 tbsp / 6.8 fl oz)
1 tsp balsamic vinegar
1/2 tsp smoked paprika
1 tsp cornstarch + 2 tbsp water
Black pepper
Salt to taste
For the Mashed Potatoes:
700 g floury potatoes (24.7 oz)
40 g vegan butter (2.8 tbsp)
150 ml plant-based milk, warm (2/3 cup / 5 fl oz)

For the green beans:
250 g green beans (8.8 oz)
1 tbsp vegetable oil or vegan butter
1 small garlic clove

Pepper
For serving:
Freshly chopped parsley
A few chili flakes
