📌 Sheet cake
4 Large eggs (65g or more/each with shell)
Cake flour 70g
Milk 55g
Vegetable oil 40g
Caster sugar 60g
Vanilla extract ¼ tsp
Lemon juice
Matcha powder 5g
Hot water 15g (around 70-80C)
📌 Cream filling
Thickened/whipping cream 150g
Icing sugar 12g
➡️ Preheat the oven to 155C/310F, bake at 155C/310F for 23 minutes, then adjust to 165C/330F for another 7-8 minutes.
For best taste, chill for for around 1-2 before serving
