👉 Ingredients and method: 1 teaspoon dried garlic, 1/2 teaspoon ground pepper, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon paprika powder, 500g pork tenderloin (fat removed), olive oil, rosemary and thyme (marinated for at least 1-2 hours), cooking oil. Fry over medium heat for about 10 minutes on each side. Let the meat rest while making the sauce. 2 cloves of garlic, 50g butter. Sauté the garlic for 1 minute. 1 tablespoon honey, 3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar, 3 tablespoons soy sauce, a little grated lemon zest, 1 tablespoon lemon juice. Add the meat to the pan as soon as the sauce thickens slightly. Cook over low heat for about 4-5 minutes. Enjoy! 💛
