Braised Pork Ribs with Sweet Chili Sauce

INGREDIENTS:
2.2 lbs pork ribs
4 clove garlic, chopped
1 small red onion, chopped
3/4 tsp black pepper
2 tbsp brown sugar
2 tbsp oyster sauce
2 tbsp soy sauce
Chili flakes, adjust to taste
Salt to taste
A pinch of magic sarap (optional)
2 tbsp of unsalted butter or margarine
1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
Hot water
