Making The Viral Chopped Chicken Caesar Wrap

In today's video, we are bringing a little bit of spring to Northern Michigan by making the viral Chopped Chicken Caesar Salad Wrap! Since the sun is finally out and it’s beautiful outside, Jess decided it was the perfect day for a light, fresh, and super easy lunch.

Watch as we prep this delicious meal with our three Siberian Husky kitchen helpers! Because we aren't using the oven today, the dogs aren't hiding—they are front and center for all the kitchen action. You'll see Memphis, Shelby, and Kira helping out in their own special way. From paying the "Cheese Tax" to testing out the fresh lettuce, the huskies make sure every step of this recipe is approved.

This wrap is a game-changer because by dicing everything finely and mixing it in a bowl first, you get the perfect bite of chicken, dressing, croutons, and parmesan every single time. It's the perfect quick lunch for busy days!

Ingredients
Spinach and herb wraps (or large tortillas)
Romaine lettuce
Rotisserie chicken (we used Aldi rotisserie chicken)
Shredded parmesan cheese
Croutons
Caesar dressing
Bacon bits
Optional: Black olives, pickles, eggs, or cucumbers
