SHELBY THE HUSKY as a HUSKY PUPPY | Puppy Days

Guess what we're doing today? So, if you guys are new here, this is Oakley, that is Memphis and that is Shelby. Today, we are doing a little bit of a flashback video. So, as most of you know, Shelby will be turning ten years old on August the eighth. Which means, she has a birthday coming up. So, I thought it would be fun to find some old footage of when we first got Shelby as a puppy. And show you guys, what she looked like as a baby. Now, mind you, the footage I'm going to show you was from the day we brought her home. So, she actually would have only been six weeks old. We did get Shelby as a six week old puppy. Shelby's mom actually rejected all of her puppies when they were about four to five weeks old. By the time Shelby was six weeks old, her mom had nothing to do with the puppies anymore and was actually becoming very aggressive towards them and attacking them. Shelby actually has a scar on her head. I don't know if you can see it. There's a tooth mark right there and then there's another one right in here. You see the little bit of discoloration right there. That's where her mom's two teeth went through her skull when she was a puppy. So, when we picked her up, the first place she went was to the vet. But anyway, this video is of the day we brought her home. So, we had swung by the vet and got her head all cleaned up and then we went out to my aunt's house and we got to play with Shelby as a puppy. You will be able to tell in this video, she was a very fat puppy. She did have worms. Shelby had a lot of issues. She came from a backyard breeder. A horrible, irresponsible backyard breeder that we did end up reporting to animal control after we got Shelby. If I would have had the money back in the day or the network we have now, we would have saved all of those dogs from that lady. Cause it was a bad situation. I mean, I don't regret getting Shelby, but it was a bad situation. So anyway, enjoy these clips of Shelby as a little tiny six week old puppy. Shelby! Now, come this way Beck. She's the second one. You'd be surprised. So, there you have it you guys. That was Shelby as a little tiny puppy. Let us know down in the comments below if you enjoyed this flashback video. I don't have any videos of Oakley as a puppy because she was an adult when we got her. Pretty much every video I have of Memphis as a puppy is already on our channel or on YouTube.com slash Snow Dogs Vlogs because we got Memphis. Memphis is basically grown up in front of your eyes. Shelby was born in 2007. We started YouTube in 2009. So for the first two years of Shelby's life, you didn't really see much. But, she's pretty much been on the channel since 2009. So she was two years old. So for eight years. You've been on this channel for eight years. So there's a lot of footage of Shelby throughout this channel. I also still have a little bit of footage of Shiloh from years ago. Again, it's grainy and old footage so it's not the best. But I do have old footage of Shiloh as well that I may put together in a future video. So let us know down in the comments below if this is something you enjoyed.
