Super Easy Cabbage Soup with Ham! Big Boy Copycat Recipe!
I love cabbage soup from Big Boy! So I learned to make it at home! This is a super easy cabbage soup with Ham recipe! And yes ,it's a Big Boy Copycat Cabbage Soup Recipe! This is a great way to use up left over ham from the holidays! This soup is so easy to make! We are using our Instant Pot, but you can totally simmer this in a big pot on the stove! Once the cabbage is tender, it's done! This is great for those cold winter days!
Ingredients:
6 Cups of Beef Broth
1 Bag of Coleslaw (14 ounce - 16 ounce)
1 Cup chopped celery
1 Green Pepper Chopped
4 Diced Paperchain Peppers
1 Clove of Garlic or spoonful of Jarlic.
2-6 Dashes of Hot sauce (we used Cholula)
1 28 Ounce Can of Pettie Diced tomatoes
1 pound of cubed ham
1 tsp Marjoram
Add salt an pepper after it's done to taste.
