🍴 WHAT YOU'LL NEED (for 2-4 servings):
- Chicken Breasts (2-4)
- BBQ Sauce (approx. 1 cup - we used Sweet Baby Ray's)
- Soy Sauce (approx. 2 tsp)
- Garlic (minced, to your heart's content - approx. 1 tsp)
- 1 Can (15oz) Pineapple Chunks/Tidbits (use ALL the juice for the sauce!)
- 1 Bell Pepper (any color)
- Heavy-Duty Aluminum Foil
- Optional: Cooked Rice for serving (microwave rice is great for camping!)
