Brand new houses in Elk Grove with over 3,000 square feet of living space with no way to
wait. We're back in Elk Grove here at Poppy Meadows by Beezer Homes and today we're going
to have a look at this brand new home behind me. This is the biggest house they have available
for sale here. This is a Plan 5 over 3,000 square feet. If you guys are new here, please
reach out if you're looking to make a move to the greater Sacramento area. I'll provide my
information below. All right, so flipping the camera around, this is our Plan 5. It starts at
around 3,100 square feet. This is our farmhouse style home. They do have a Spanish Colonial and
also a Mediterranean style as well. Let's go ahead and have a look inside. So just so you know,
this is a farmhouse style, but if you're into more of like a Mediterranean or Spanish Colonial style,
they do have different elevations for you. So walking inside, this is so much different
than the Plan 4. The Plan 4, you walk into a den or an office. Here you have the stairway
which goes upstairs. This one has a lot of different options though. So you could make
this a six bedroom home. So four, five, or six bedroom home. 3,100 to about 3,900 square feet.
Lots of different options. This one is set up as a gym at the front of the house, but it does have
a closet. So this would be really a guest bedroom or an office depending on how you want to configure
it. Right next to that is a guest bathroom, a shower stall, pretty standard. And then over here
under the stairway, tons of storage. This would be great for like luggage, rooms, vacuums, etc.
This one has a huge family room. Look at this. It's actually really nicely staged. And then the
dining area is over there. Much different compared to the Plan 4. If you guys have not seen that
video, that is actually not too much smaller, but a much different configuration. Plan 4 is around
28 to 3,000 square feet. This one 31 to 3,900 square feet. If you go to Beezer homes, it seems
like this is kind of like a norm where the models at the end tend to be much more upgraded compared
to the ones at the sales office, for example. So this one has KitchenAid appliances. This is a big
upgrade. You have a convection oven slash microwave, a stainless steel refrigerator, refrigerators,
and the window coverings are upgrades. Something that's not an upgrade though, you could have the
sink below the window or you can have the sink in the island at no cost to you. How gorgeous is
this kitchen though? Lots of upgrades here though. But just kind of gives you an idea about what you
could select, such as a stacked cabinetry which goes to the ceiling. By the way, you have nine
foot ceilings upstairs and downstairs. Sometimes builders save money by having eight and a half
upstairs and nine foot downstairs. This one you have an induction range. This is KitchenAid.
Induction ranges or cooktops and ranges have gone a long way. When we remodeled our home in 22,
the induction ranges and cooktops looked ancient. The design was meh at best. Not good. Now it's
really good and induction is the way to go in my opinion. You can boil water in about two minutes.
You have a good size pantry and then open floor plan. It's absolutely beautiful. It's also wire
for pennant lighting. That beautiful open floor plan. This wet bar area is obviously an upgrade.
That would not be standard but it looks absolutely beautiful. The garage is not open. That's the
construction office but it is a three-car garage. Unless you want to make this a
six-bedroom home, that'd be a two-car garage. This is a primary suite downstairs. Sorry,
junior suite downstairs. Nice to have that. Shower stall and then walk-in closet. Walking back,
really good size backyard. They have a wide variety of lot sizes here. The homes I have
under contract with clients right now are close to 10,000 square feet but most of the houses,
the lot size I should say, are around 5,500 to about 7,000 square feet. Let's go have a look
upstairs and then we'll talk about some numbers for this plan 5. As you get to the top of the
stairs, you have a beautiful loft space and this one is configured so much different compared to
plan 4. So if you are looking for a house around 3,000 square feet, definitely have a look at that
one because it's a little bit cheaper and the plan, the layout is so different. So this is a
closet I would say, good for storage. And then walking back over here, you have the guest bedroom.
It's actually a really good size guest bedroom and it has a walk-in closet and there's a guest
bathroom, dual vanity, tub with a shower over it and then right next to that is another guest bedroom.
This one also has a walk-in closet. Isn't that cool? I always like seeing that. Going back to the loft
area, let's head over to our left and we have a huge laundry room. I am so jealous. I have laundry room
jealousy right now. You have plenty of space, a full laundry, nice sink, tons of cabinets, two windows.
I mean it doesn't get much better than this. Isn't that so cool? Walking over here, we have our primary
suite. This is a big size bed. I would say that's a king size bed and you have tons of room on either
side. Huge window. Then the bathroom is massive. Look at this. Jason Walter there. Dual vanity.
This has the tub and shower but again, if you don't want to have a tub, you can just have like a
shower enclosure and that's actually this right here. So this is their primary bathroom A is what
we're looking at but you could have option B which would just be a large shower enclosure
over there then have the vanities be separated. Let's have a look at the walk-in closet.
This one is huge. It's very wide. Lots of space. All right, as we walk downstairs, I'll try not to
fall on my face otherwise it would make for a really viral great video. The asking prices on
houses they do have for sale for their plan 5 start at around $864,000 at the time of filming
this video. They are offering a $25,000 flex credit. You can use that for design options,
buying down your rate or to use for closing costs. You do have to work with their preferred lender
and frankly, I am a licensed loan officer but it really makes more sense to work with their
loan officer given their incentives they offer and you can see that throughout the contract as well.
I have reviewed the contract here several times and I'm very familiar with it. So of course,
reach out if you have any questions. For the house that they do have for sale right now,
they do have a move-in ready home right now. They're motivated to sell. All the other houses
will be completed around August or September of this year. This is not a community in which there
are a ton of move-in ready houses. Beezer Homes at this home site is actually the number one
community in the greater Sacramento area as far as sales go for Beezer Homes. They sell more houses
here at Beezer at Poppy Meadows than any other community in Beezer in the Sacramento region.
So you do have a 25-year prepaid sole release. The Melrose here is around $399 per month for
Melrose which is an additional property tax that pays for all the infrastructure around building
a brand new home community. Oftentimes, a lot of that Melrose or additional property taxes
goes towards building future schools close by. And like I mentioned in my other videos as well,
they do work with real estate agents such as myself. I am not affiliated with Beezer Homes
whatsoever or any builders. So of course, reach out if you want to get more information or you
want a private tour of their new homes here at Poppy Meadows. And by the way, Lily is a little
bit more affordable, a little bit smaller houses, and that is next door basically as well. So if you
want a tour of that, of course, reach out to me as well. I have clients who are under contract
there as well. Other big pros of this community, you have that beautiful park just across the
street called Oasis Park. There's also many parks close by within about a five-minute drive,
or you can just walk to Oasis here in Elk Grove close to Poppy Meadows.
Other big pros, you have excellent schools. You have Elk Grove School District,
known for excellent schools, lots of shops and restaurants. You have Whole Foods,
which is probably about one mile away from here that actually is under construction right now,
and Yard House, a brewery slash restaurant. Tons of different restaurants are actually
under construction right now at a brand new home shopping center right at the corner of
Bighorn and Elk Grove Boulevard. And of course, if you are looking for a one-story home,
have a look at my other video I posted two videos ago. They do have a one-story,
which is their plan one, around 2,300 square feet. They do have a 2,500 square foot home.
That's a plan three. That is a single story. If you are looking for a two-story though,
they do have a plan two that is not modeled. That one is a four-bedroom, three-bath home
around just under 2,500 square feet. This one is over 3,000 square feet.
So with that said, if you guys want more information, reach out to me. I love hearing
from my YouTube buyers. People call, text, email me every single week. Absolutely love it. Love
