Why are home prices dropping so much in Celina, Texas—and is Celina still a good place to buy a house?

Celina became one of the fastest-growing suburbs in North Dallas, but the housing market there is now showing signs that look very different from the rest of DFW. Homes are taking longer to sell, buyers are showing up less often, builders are still adding new construction, and Celina home prices have fallen much harder than the broader Dallas-Fort Worth housing market.
