Seeking more than just a physical structure, her family prioritizes a nature-centric lifestyle that fosters well-being across generations—from her active father to her unborn child. The project is praised for its professional customer experience, thoughtful architecture, and commitment to community.
As children we have grown up in a lot of open spaces and around the nature and our parents
used to run around us. Now I think the valley is giving us yet another cycle of life where my
parents will run around my child again giving them the atmosphere to grow amidst the nature.
I'm looking forward for their nurturing scenes and all the exciting parts of any childhood
that we can give. Hi, this is Ananya Reddy Duvuri. I am representing my father Mr. Lakshmi Narayan
Reddy Duvuri who is the founder and managing director at Radiant Avenues Infra Private Limited
and in our family we live, it's my father, mother, brother and myself and now that I'm
married I have my husband with me and I'm an expecting mother as well so that is our cute
family. We believe that the spaces we live in and the things that we are surrounded with
directly influence our lives in a lot of different ways and for us our home has to tell our story,
has to tell who we are so it's not just any concrete you know shell that we wanted to buy
and you know decorate it with interiors and live there but we wanted to really build it around who
we are. We're really attracted with the name of the project The Valley by Future Trends wherein
we've gone around and we've seen, we've gone to the site, we have seen the entire project
presentation and everything and something really attracted us there was not merely a building or
an independent house within a community but we really felt the community was built to give us
a lifestyle. I think that is what something any developer must wish to provide, not just your
concrete shell but a good community, a good community that provides us lifestyle. It can
be with nature, it can be with the kind of people we are surrounded with, at the end of the day all
of this shapes who we are. So the whole concept was very unique, the valley in the middle and
you know you have your houses a little higher. The customer experience right from the beginning
until the end was embodied with utmost professionalism, something that's very
difficult in this day and age that you're seeing. There are projects which are about hundreds of
acres but I think if you have to feel home it's not just any other physical space that we are
buying but that feeling of oh yes they have put in so much effort to understand the customer,
understand their journeys and how what kind of value do we have to give to our home buyers that
was something that was taught and it's the professionalism that we really really appreciate.
We felt that it was not really taken it like any other project but the whole intention was to build
homes that people really can say that this home, this project has given us a lifestyle
rather than we building our lifestyle around any other building that we buy outside.
So the architecture that I was talking about in terms of the villa, the earthy and the neutral
color scheme, I think color scheme was one of the most attractive aspect in our decision making.
The spaces that were designed within the house, we thought we understood that they were designed
to bring all the people together in the house. If you see these houses have so many common spaces
and not just outside the house but within the house a lot of water bodies, a lot of provision
for the landscaping. I think all of these minute details were given so much thought well before
the whole project has been taken off. Going back to nature sort of you know gives us that
opportunity to get back to where we belong and in this very hustle and bustle of our lives
nature is the only thing that can cure us from within. The kind of earthy smell you can say, the
green visuals you can say, sort of you know when you return home you'll have to switch off.
In our previous times as well even the over the years while we were growing up we always
wanted communities with a lot of nature, a lot of open spaces and we really didn't want it to live
in between like you know high rises and I think one of the biggest decision making
factor was that because valley is located close to the airport and we're not gonna get
high rises I think that really gave us that strength that our life has been in a certain
way before and we wanted that to continue with a little more premiumness, a little more luxury.
It's an unparalleled community that we are entering and that is what we've always wanted
and here we are. The amount of light coming into the house, the amount of freeness we have,
the amount of like the specifications of windows and everything I don't have to open like 10 of
doors to get out. It's more like you are walking in the house and you have you can see the nature,
you can feel the nature. I think it's the architecture is so open yet private and
allowing us to continue with our flow of activities in life in a very smooth manner. I think that is
something we really appreciate there. I think in terms of what I want my parents to experience here
is while they grow old all these years they had a certain kind of lifestyle, they have certain
kinds of likes and dislikes and my father or mother they've always been in and around nature
so we would want our house to just continue that theme for the rest of their lives. My father is a
very active person in terms of his lifestyle so in fact he is more in the outdoors than he is
at home and indoors so we all have to keep searching for him okay in which park is he,
under which tree is he. So I think in those terms for him this transition to this project
with the humongous clubhouse and the yoga and the meditation decks, the walking tracks, the jogging
tracks in the valley with the stream of water flowing. I think all of these elements are going
to give him that comfort and the idea of active lifestyle for him in a package. It's a very crucial
time and phase at which we have bought a house here. I am very excited to see my child grow up
amidst the nature because like I said we always believe that the environment that the child grows
in shapes them for the future. So I think these are the building blocks that I am looking at
in terms of my child's life.
