Cheapest 3 000 Sq Ft New Homes in Sacramento You Won t Believe These Prices

If you're looking for something close to Sacramento downtown, it really doesn't get better than the Tomas. These three collections are pretty amazing. And if you're looking for something over 3000 square feet, we're Meritage Homes, East Village, the Tomas in Sacramento. We're going to show you all three collections. Okay. We're going to start with their first model home. That's a single story. This is the Durham collection, 2098 square feet, four bedrooms. It actually has two bathrooms and a two bay garage. The Tomas is it guys. If you're looking to be close to downtown Sacramento. And also another thing to just mention is a Meritage is every single one of these homes, you get blinds, you get appliances, and you also get the option to have your backyard landscape. But the most you can pay is $8,000. Come on, let's go. Okay. So this is a single story plan. I mean, one of my favorite single stories I've seen for sure the backyard size. Wait till you see it. Okay. So first of all, we're going to go on this side. And this is a four bedroom, which we love as well too. We love getting those bedrooms. Oh, okay. Okay. I like this. Look at this. A little kind of like office makeshift, like put your desk area over here too. And over here is a washer and dryer with come with these homes, nice area right here. And also you can build out some cabinets. If you feel like it for extra space, you know, tie gain, all those things you can put right over there. I like it. Okay. Love the flooring. Love the feel. Love the ceiling height as well too. Okay. So over here we can go start looking at the bedrooms. Okay. Now, like you said, guys, this is a desk, so it's a little smaller, but it's still a nice size. If you look at the, the over here, this thing, it's still a nice size. I think you can get definitely like probably a single or full in here maybe. And you get the window over here too. Okay. Very nice. For the price point guys under $700,000. I mean, this floor plan is probably even lower than that. All right. More bedrooms over here. Now this one definitely feels bigger. You got the full size bed. You got the window. And you have the closet right here. Okay. Okay. So all what you're noticing is except for the primary, all the bedrooms are over here. Now here's another bedroom. Now this one actually does feel like the same size as that one. Very, very nice. Okay. Nice size. You got the slider closet over here. You got a window as well. Okay. Meritage for the price point in Atomis close to Sacramento. Meritage is really hitting it out of the park. Now we're gonna take a look at the bathroom. This bathroom is the one that services all these bedrooms. So you got a double sink, which you need with four bedrooms. So you got the loo and you got a bathtub and a shower. And then I mentioned appliances, blinds come with these homes. And I know a lot of people don't think like, ah, you know, blinds, whatever. It's not that big of a deal. Do blinds are very costly. So it's nice that they come with this home. Now we'll walk in here and here is where your two car garages. Boom. And over here is where your coat closet is. Meritage, come on in. Now guys, again, if you aren't working with a realtor, remember the builder pays our fee. You don't. So call our team. Okay. So over here you have the nice dining area, beautiful, large backyard. Can you put a pool in that backyard? I could put a pool in that backyard and it wouldn't even be hard. Really, really nice size pool or backyard. I'm already thinking of pool. Okay. So over here you have a great room. Again, one of my favorite single story floor plans that I've seen. Um, huge Island lip right here for four stools. Easy. A lot of cabinet space here. You got the microwave, the, the oven. So dishwasher, this all comes with a house and you also get a refrigerator with the house as well, too. That's full of water and stuff, but you know, yours won't. Okay. And over here is a pantry, which is a decent size. All right. Pantry size. Nice for a single story. Again, though, look at this spacing on this house. Ooh, yeah. You like this? Big backyard, huge Island, open concept. Yeah. Sign me up. I like this. Meritage, you really are doing a good job. All right. So let's walk into the primary bedroom. Oh yes. Again, nice big primary bedroom. Would I like maybe a slider here to go out to my backyard where my future pool would be? Yes. But I love the size of the bedroom. Ceiling height two on a single story. You feel it. It's nice. All right. Now let's take a look at the primary bathroom. Now let's see if we can get some lights off for you guys. Boom. You got double sink. You got the tub. Okay. I like that. You got the shower over here. Okay. All right. You get the loo right over there. Hello, Lou. Hey, you're way back there. There's a loo. And then a very, very large possibly even my fifth bedroom. Honestly, this is how big it is. Walk-in closet, single story, close to downtown Sacramento, close to the airport under, I mean under $700,000 for all these floor plans. Amazing. Okay. So this is our Asheville collection. This home right now, residence three, 2419 square feet, five bedrooms, three baths, two car garage. The Tomas is fantastic for the people who are looking to be closest downtown Sacramento, close to the airport. And the Tomas is just that spot. Let's go for a tour. Okay. So this is going to be a fun floor plan because this is just under 2,500 square feet and it's got five bedrooms. So let's go see. Okay. So over here first, let's go take a look at the bedroom slash office. And you know what I say in my videos, guys, when they set it up as a desk usually means the bedroom's a little smaller than normal. So this bedroom does definitely feel a little tighter, but it's still, I mean, five bedrooms, not bad. You got a window right here. Boom. You got a slider closet over here as well. Okay. I like it. I like it. I like it. I also like the flooring they use and everything too. Maritage is definitely one of those builders that you're definitely gonna get a lot of everything for your money here. Okay. Over here, you have the shower, you have the nice sink, you have an invisible open and close thing. So this is what the shower looks like. Seating lip as well too, which I really, really like. Nice bathroom. Okay. We'll walk in here and I'm guessing this is going to be a linen closet. Oh no, a cook closet. Okay. We like that. Very, very nice. Now as we walk in, you'll see the little separator, which I like, you know, cause sometimes when you have open concept, you don't have a lot of separation. It just feels like a big box. Okay. So over here is a staircase and this is the great room. You have a nice size living room right here or family room, whatever you want to call it. Window, window, window, slider, window. And in Maritage guys, you get your appliances, you get your blinds and you get a backyard similar to this under $8,000 if you want that. I mean, that's pretty nice to actually walk into a completely ready to go home. All right. Whirlpool appliances we like. Now this one does have the quartz. Um, you got the nice stove, you get the microwave, you get the dishwasher right here. Boom. You get the oven. We like, we like a nice size island as well too. Now over here, you have access to your garage and you even have more spots. This is right now perfect for your Nespresso machine. All right. I like it. Now over here is going to be the entrance to your two car garage, which we really, really like. Over here are the stairs that we'll show you in a second. And I don't know. Let's go take a look over here at the kitchen. Refrigerator. Can't talk today, guys. You got a single sink, cabinetry. You got tub, shower. Okay. I'm liking it. Now let's go take a look at the primary bedroom that everybody loves over here. Boom. Okay. Big, big primary bedroom.
