Butter 200g (¾ cup, 2 tablespoons)

Baking powder 1 teaspoon
Milk 60ml (¼ cup)

For the Lemon syrup (optional)
Juice of 1 Lemon
Warm water 2-3 tablespoons
Sugar 2-3 tablespoons

Lemon drip:
Powdered Sugar 1 cup
Lemon juice or Milk 1-2 tablespoons

Measuring cup size - 240ml
Baking pan 20x20 cm (8x8 inch)

Bake in a preheated oven at 170c (338f) for 40-45 minutes
