🍰 Ingredients:

Cocoa powder 3 tablespoons
Warm Water 80ml (⅓ cup)

Plain Flour 175g (1 cup, 3 tablespoons)
Baking powder 1 teaspoon
Baking soda ⅓ teaspoon
Sugar 150g (¾ cup)
Butter softened 150g (⅔ cup)
3 Eggs

Frosting:

Cream Cheese 150g
Melted Dark Chocolate 150g
Powdered sugar 120g (1 cup)
Heavy cream 120ml (½ cup)

Sugar syrup (optional):
-Just mix -
Sugar 50g (¼ cup)
Warm water 80ml (⅓ cup)

Chocolate ganache:
Dark Chocolate 150g
Heavy cream 80 ml(⅓ cup)

Measuring cup size - 240 ml
Baking pan 20x20 cm (8x8 inch)

Method:

Mix Cocoa powder and the warm water.
Set aside.

Add Flour, Baking powder, Baking soda, and sugar into a bowl.
Mix well.
Add the Eggs and Butter.
Now whisk at low speed for 30 seconds.
Mix with a spoon.
Add the Cocoa mix.
Whisk again for about 30 seconds.
Give it a final mix.

Now Bake in a preheated oven at 175c (350f) for about 30-35 minutes.

Let it cool down completely.

Make the frosting:

Mix the Cream cheese and the Powdered sugar with a spoon.
Add all the other ingredients into the same bowl.
Whisk until creamy and thick.
(For about 2-3 minutes)

For the Chocolate ganache:

Microwave the Chocolate and the cream for about 1 minute.
Mix well.

Now,
Cut the cake in half.
Spread half of the frosting in the middle.
Spread the other half over the cake top.
Spread the Ganache over the top.
Chill for about 20 minutes.
