No one makes schnitzel anymore since this recipe! Crispy chicken breast with asparagus and cheese
From the outside, it looks like a perfectly normal, fried schnitzel – golden brown, crispy, with creamy mushroom sauce and crispy fried potatoes.
But when they cut it open, something happens that nobody expects.
Inside, you'll find tender green asparagus with melted cheese – juicy, aromatic, and simply incredibly delicious. Since I discovered this recipe, I haven't made a regular schnitzel at all.
This stuffed chicken schnitzel is perfect for guests, family, or when you want to take a classic dish to a new level. Extra crispy on the outside, creamy and surprisingly delicious on the inside.
Try it out and be sure to let me know in the comments if you'll be making your schnitzel differently from now on 😉
