This Overnight No-Knead Blueberry Bread Made My Morning Feel Calm

There’s something nice about having frozen blueberries in the freezer.
They’re easy to find at the supermarket, and I can buy them in advance, so whenever I feel like baking, everything is already there.
This time, I made a simple overnight blueberry bread using frozen blueberries.
Unlike dried fruit, frozen blueberries give the bread a gentle flavor and just a little sweetness. It’s lovely on its own, but I especially enjoy it with a little honey or cream cheese.
I like recipes that let me bake whenever the mood strikes, without too much preparation.
In Tokyo, I often hear airplanes passing overhead in the late afternoon. That familiar sound always makes me feel that evening is approaching.
Another ordinary day, quietly coming to an end.
Sometimes, changing just one little thing helps me discover something new.
And somehow, those small changes remind me of what I love about the everyday.
Perhaps we notice the beauty of our ordinary days a little more when we do something differently.
Thank you for spending a little part of your day with me. ♡
