Pork Skin Cake Recipe:
WHITE
60g rice flour, 100g tapioca starch, 100g sugar, 250ml coconut milk, ¼ teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon cooking oil
GREEN
200g tapioca starch, ½ teaspoon pandan leaf extract, 250ml diluted coconut milk or water, 1 teaspoon cooking oil
Stir-fry the batter
Use the same batter for both WHITE and GREEN
20g tapioca starch 150g sugar
250g diluted coconut milk or water
This recipe is for a 22cm round mold.

RECIPE FOR 10 MOUNTS (10 round molds, 22cm)
WHITE: 600g rice flour, 1kg tapioca flour, 1kg sugar, 2.5 liters of coconut milk, 1 teaspoon salt, 3 tablespoons cooking oil
GREEN: 2kg tapioca flour, 5 teaspoons pandan leaf extract, 2.5 liters diluted coconut milk or substitute with water, 3 tablespoons cooking oil
USE THE SAME FOR BOTH WHITE AND GREEN
