🔹 Ingredients: 🔹

✔ Butter (soft) – 100 g
✔ Sugar – 70 g
✔ Eggs – 2 pieces
✔ Vanilla/vanilla sugar – to taste
✔ Salt – a pinch
✔ Milk – 50 ml
✔ Wheat flour – 160 g
✔ Baking powder – 1 tsp
✔ Jam, berries, or fruits of your choice – 200 g (I used peach jam)
Topping:
✔ Wheat flour – 40 g
✔ Butter – 30 g
✔ Walnuts (chopped) – 40 g
✔ Sugar – 30 g

🕒 Bake at 180 °C (fan 180 °C) for about 25 minutes. The exact baking time depends on your oven.

❗Notes❗
✅ You can use any berries, fresh or frozen fruits, or jam.

✅ Adjust the amount of sugar in the batter to your taste.

✅ If you do not have small muffin tins, you can also bake the cake in a large baking dish.

✅ You do not need a piping bag to pipe the batter; a regular spoon is perfectly sufficient.
