I have never tasted such delicious cabbage! In this video I'll show you two simple casserole recipes that everyone will love. A juicy cabbage and potato lasagna with colorful vegetables and baked cheese meets a spicy eggplant and minced meat casserole with rice. Both dishes are perfect for the whole family, packed with flavors and yet easy to prepare. Whether vegetarian or with meat – there's something for everyone here. Perfect for cold days or when you simply need some real comfort food!

🥬 VIDEO 1 (from 00:00): Creamy Cabbage and Potato Casserole with Tomatoes & Cheese
📌 RECIPES:
White cabbage – 1 head
Potatoes – 2
Onion – 1
Red bell pepper – 1
Eggs – 3 pcs
Milk – 1 cup
Flour – 4 tbsp
Hard cheese – 100 g
Tomatoes – 2
Garlic (dried)
Dill
Olive oil
Salt, pepper, paprika
Rosemary
👩🍳 QUICK PREPARATION:
Cut the cabbage into strips, pour hot water over it and let it soak for 10 minutes. Sauté onion and bell pepper in olive oil. Grate the potatoes coarsely, place them in cold water, then squeeze out the excess water. Drain the cabbage and mix it with the fried vegetables and potatoes. Whisk together the eggs, milk, flour and spices, then fold them in. Pour the mixture into a greased pan and bake for 30-35 minutes at 180°C. Remove from the oven, top with tomato slices and rosemary, sprinkle with grated cheese and bake for another 10 minutes until the cheese is golden brown.

Eggplant – 1 large piece
Ground beef – 200 g
Onions – 2 pieces
Garlic – 2 cloves
Tomato – 1 piece
Red bell pepper – 1 piece
Mozzarella – 150 g
Butter, olive oil
Salt, pepper, paprika
For the vegetable rice:
Rice – 1 cup
Onion – 1 piece
Carrot – 1 piece
Red bell pepper – ½ piece Corn –
2 tbsp Peas
– 2 tbsp
Olive oil, salt, pepper
👩🍳 QUICK PREPARATION:
Slice the eggplant into thin rounds and fry in butter until golden brown on both sides. Brown minced meat with onion, garlic and bell pepper, then add tomato and spices. Butter a casserole dish and layer in eggplant, minced meat and mozzarella. Bake in the oven at 180°C for 10-15 minutes. Meanwhile, for the rice, sauté onion, carrot and bell pepper, add rice, deglaze with water and simmer for 15 minutes. Stir in the corn and peas, season with salt and pepper.
