The Utah man charged with assassinating
conservative activist Charlie Kirk
appeared in court today.
Attorneys for 22-year-old Tyler Robinson
are seeking to disqualify prosecutors in the case
over an alleged conflict of interest.
Robinson is charged with aggravated murder.
Kirk was shot and killed on September 10th
on the Utah Valley University campus in Orem.
Prosecutors plan to seek a death penalty
if Robinson is convicted.
Robinson has not yet entered a plea.
