President Donald Trump has threatened to use the Insurrection Act in Minnesota following an attack on an Immigration and Customs Enforcement agent in the state. Meanwhile, U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement Deputy Director Madison Sheahan is leaving the agency and running for Congress, she said in social media posts on Thursday.

Trump announced a healthcare plan on Thursday the White House said would lower drug prices and insurance premiums, make prices more transparent and hold insurance companies accountable. The framework is dubbed "The Great Healthcare Plan.
