✅ Ingredients: (1 cup = 240 ml)

4 eggs.

A pinch of salt.

Vanilla sugar.

1 cup sugar (200 g).

2/3 cup cooking oil (160 ml).

Zip of one orange.

Juice of one orange (120 ml).

3/4 cup yogurt or milk (150 g).

1/3 cup shredded coconut (40 g).

2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour (300 g).

1 tablespoon baking powder (15 g).

27 x 18 cm baking pan.

Line the pan with parchment paper.

Bake at 175°C (350°F) for 35 to 40 minutes.
