How to make Shumai (Sim Mai) 〜焼売〜 | easy Japanese home cooking recipe
In this video, I am showing how to make Shu Mai (Shaomai/Siu Mai), a simple Chinese steamed Dim Sum. This is Chinese food, but very popular among Japanese homes.

- Onion 1/2 - 1
- Ginger 5 g
- Salt & Pepper 1/4 Tsp each
- Sugar 1 Tsp
- Soy sauce 1 Tsp
- Oyster sauce 2 Tsp
- Sesame oil 1 Tsp
- Starch 2 Tbsp
