How to make Noodle for Ramen 〜ラーメンの麺〜 | easy Japanese home cooking recipe

In this video, I am showing how to make Noodle for Ramen from scratch. Usually Ramen noodle is made with socalled Kansui (Sodium carbonate), but it can be recreated by baking baking soda (Sodium bicarbonate). I am showing all the steps in detail, so that you can also recreat the noodle for Ramen.

In my Channel, I show step by step of alternative but authentic Japanese home cooking, which can be made with the ingredients that are easily available outside of Japan.

Salt 2 g
Water (warm) 80 ml
