We are back in Moab this time for the first-ever Red Rock Rally. This was
Day 2 of the 3-day event. We had a total of 10 Colorado ZR2s as we hit one of my favorite trails in Moab, Dome Plateau. This trail has a lot to see and has quite the fun and challenging obstacles along the way. Thanks for watching, and subscribe to see more!

what's going on guys we are back with
another video and we are in Moab on day
two for our first ever ZR2 Red Rock
rally event that we hosted
if you missed out on last year's event
don't worry we're doing it again this
year in October so mark your calendars
and check out the event page linked in
the description below for more
information Dome Plateau was the
featured Trail for day 2 of The Red Rock
Rally our group size remained the same
with 10 z2s ranging from heavily
modified to completely stock to
gradually increase the difficulty we
decided to run the trail
counterclockwise our first piss stop was
stopping at some old mining cabins and
then it was time to hit the trail and
enjoy the views

oh

our next pit stop along this Trail was
to check out the wind caves and we also
took this time to make a really nice
photo op of everybody lined up
together we continue to along the trail
reaching a fun Sandy section where we
could really pick up some speed and let
the trucks open up before arriving at
our first major
obstacle as I always say the camera
never does these obstacles Justice from
the driver's seat this climb feels like
a straight vertical Ascent when you're
going up all you can see is the Blue Sky
ahead of you this served as our warm-up
obstacle for the challenges that awaited
us further down the trail
[Music]
like
[Music]
that
[Music]

[Music]
the next downhill obstacle required
maintaining a slow speed and precise
control the main concern was departure
angle as a few of the trucks
particularly those running on 33s came
uncomfortably close to scraping the rear
bumpers I
think
okay if you guys are enjoying the video
so far make sure to leave a like And
subscribe if you aren't as we post
weekly videos of content just like

got about like six more inches there you
go yep so slow slow slow nice
we had arrived to the most challenging
Obstacle of Dome
Plateau this climb features two routes
there's a left side and the right side
the right side is the easier option with
a series of steps leading to the top the
left side which we tackled is the more
challenging route I left it up to each
member of the Convoy to decide which
path they wanted to take up as the lead
I was the first to navigate the left
side which was the more difficult option
most of the Convoy was hesitant about
attempting the harder line with the
majority opting for the easier ride
route however Zach was the first one to
step up and take on the more challenging
path on this obstacle in his Harvest
bronze 02 on 33in
tires after Zach's successful attempt on
the harder line confidence spread
through the Convoy one by one everybody
began changing their minds choosing to
tackle the harder line instead of the
easier
[Music]
route
woo straight
[Music]
like
that
little
that nice and slow
that's what they're there for hell
[Music]
[Music]
[Music]
yeah like that
[Music]
nice slow
though this
way oh yeah
[Music]
[Music]
like
that straight on that
line you
go if you're wondering why we're all
cheering here it's because Richard who
had been adamant about taking the easier
route the entire time had a last minute
change of heart with only two trucks
left and everyone else successfully
tackling the harder line he decided he
didn't want to be the only one to take
the easier path this turned into a
fantastic Convoy bonding moment as we
all cheered on each successful attempt
celebrating each other's achievements
[Applause]
all right your right
there nice andow the
thrt
[Applause]
wo confidence was at an alltime high
after everyone successfully conquered
the harder line everyone felt more
assured in their Rigs and their off-road
driving abilities the next obstacle was
just a fun challenge perfect for getting
the z2s fully flexed
out his cooler oh yeah I freaked out
well mhm
woo found out the B is droing in the
same spot
[Music]
[Music]
you go
[Music]
he
[Music]
[Music]
this was the final major obstacle on
dome Plateau a series of large rock
ledges with multiple lines to choose
from as you'll see some opted for a
slightly easier line While others in the
Convoy still wanted that challenge and
opted for harder lines down this
obstacle
I thought it was going slow probably not
slow
enough on the other side too
it's nice and slow there you
go all I love it for downhill stuff yeah
you had to get used to it you're about
to drop just go slow on the back
perfect very slow very slow very
slow you're
good just go slow your back's about to
drop very slow
Camas have they have like a fish Islands
to them yeah yeah very slow very slow
very
slow just your
hitch you're good there just control the
rear
end you touchdown
all right start
cutting just like
[Music]
that yeah just like
that just like
that nice and
slow it's nice huh yeah it start start
straightening
out just like
that nice and slow your back's about to
drop off the ledge
there you
go the final stretch of the trail
featured a fun off camber section as the
ride was coming to an end so was our
time with a few of the members of the
Convoy they had to head home and would
miss out on the third and final day of
the rally where we would once again
raise the difficulty level for our last
day together on the next episode we take
on the infamous topof the world Trail
pushing the limits on our z2s make sure
