Windmere KS-12H 12" Oscillating Stand Fan | Initial Checkout

The initial checkout of a Windmere branded, Paragon manufactured, 12" oscillating stand / pedestal fan model KS-12H. The unit likely dates back to the late 90s. In typical Windmere fashion, the oscillation mechanism is almost completely locked up. The bearings are also severely rooted, though somehow it still runs completely freely. Hopefully some new thrust washers and perhaps some thicker oil will quiet it down at little.
