Easy Garlic Shrimp and Broccoli | Another Shrimp and Broccoli Recipe

Ingredients:
10 oz shrimp, peeled and deveined
3 cups of broccoli, boiled or steamed
8 cloves garlic, chopped
2 green onions, chopped
1 piece of red bell pepper, diced
2 tsp oyster sauce
1 tsp starch (mix with 1/4 cup water to make a slurry)
salt
avocado or vegetable oil

Written recipe for Garlic Shrimp and Broccoli:
1. Heat up 1 and 1/2 tbsp oil on high heat. When it's hot, stir fry shrimp with garlic for about 2 to 3 minutes. Add a pinch of salt. Set aside.
2. Add 1 tsp oil, and sauté bell pepper and garlic for about 1/2 minute.
3. Add oyster sauce and water, and bring it to boil.
4. Combine with shrimp, and garnish with green onions.
5. Thicken the sauce with the slurry (add additional water if needed).
6. Serve over precooked broccoli or other vegetables. Serve!
