40 MIN FULL BODY MOBILITY WORKOUT | Unlock Stiffness Exercise | All Levels This is a new total body smooth mobility & stretch routine. It will help you recover faster and increase your range of motion: a low-intensity / low-impact session will help you increase range of motion & feel refreshed.
Target areas: joints that benefit from mobilisation, such as spine, shoulders, hips, ankles & wrists + surrounding muscles.
This can be an active rest on your day off or whenever you feel like it (this is its own lower intensity workout)
Just remember, mobility is key for many HIIT and strength training exercises, so make sure to include regular stretching in your week and stay consistent with it!

► DURATION: 40 minutes
► TIMER: 45 sec on, 15 sec off
